Visit Request

Anyone requesting a visit to KAIST should fill out the visit request form below and submit it to the International Relations Team at least 3 weeks prior to the tentative date of the visit.

CVs for the head of the delegation and the names and job titles of all group members must be provided and attached when submitting this application form.

Please note that the International Relations Team at KAIST will make every effort to try and accommodate your requests, but depending on the availability of academic and staff resources throughout the year, not all requests may be accommodated.

Please also note that we will not be able to host student visits and/or benchmarking tours due to restrictions of resources and limited number of staff members.

For the delegation to receive maximum benefit from their visit, they should either have a working knowledge of English, or be accompanied by an interpreter. KAIST is not able to provide interpretation services.
